Background
Taylor Land and Property Group consist of three successful land and property agencies: Taylor Land, Taylor Made New Homes and Taylor Made Residential. They have over 100 years of collective experience buying and selling land and property across Bedford and the surrounding counties.
Design Brief
Design and produce a brochure to promote a new property development, “Northwell Meadows”. Create and establish a modern, contemporary look and feel.
Design Solution
Clean modern design style used throughout along with imagery of the new development. These were supported with technical information and floor plans of the properties. A brand logo was created around the history of the area. The front cover used special printing techniques such as silver foiling on the logo to add a high end quality feel to the development.
