Background
Detail DMC are a design consultancy and construction company that has bought together all the required disciplines to handle the whole delivery process through survey, design, quantity surveying and construction.
Design Brief
Design and produce a brochure to promote a new modern property development, “Metro Lofts”. Metro Lofts heralds a new type of living quarter for the West Bromwich area. Metro Lofts has been designed to create a new heart for the area, with exceptional homes, new retail opportunities, and setting a new standard of architectural and design quality.
Design Solution
Utilising an existing brand identity a brochure was created in a modern, clean and contemporary style. A concrete background texture was used on the front cover to be sympathetic to the internal materials that are used in the development. Imagery and CGIs of the development were used throughout supported with technical information, floor plans of the properties and location map of the development.
