Background
The Medserena Upright MRI Centre focuses on providing a superior patient experience in an established modern facility in Kensington. The Centre is equipped with an innovative Upright Positional MRI scanner, delivering unique dynamic MRI studies of the whole spine, knees and hip joints versus the conventional supine position.
Design Brief
Produce a recognisable and distinctive logo for Medserena Upright MRI Centre. The logo should be fresh, modern and have a medical feel.
Design Solution
A simple yet memorable symbol following the shape of the spine was developed. This instantly highlights the unique approach of this new revolutionary system, allowing patients to be scanned in an upright standing position.
The symbol is complimented with a clean and modern typeface. Soft rounded edges in the typography hint at the flexibility of the scanner and how a patient can be scanned in multiple positions.
The use of blue, orange and warm grey help to complete the logo and give a medical feel.
