The background:
Sovereign Sports are a specialist tennis court and playing surface installer in South East England. They wanted a ‘clean and simple’ brochure to give prospective clients an overview of all of their services. However, their visual identity was quite old and dated so we give them a logo update to match with the fresh and modern style we delivered for the brochure.
The solution:
The result needed to be a logo update rather than a complete redesign. The main components of text and tennis ball icon were kept, but the seam of the tennis ball was used to create a correctly oriented ‘S’. This created an icon element that would stand alone for use in social media and avatars etc.
Using simple block colouring creates several colour options, depending what colours the logo is being used on.
