The background:
Silvercrow are a south London based, family run property development business with over 100 properties in their portfolio. Their latest project is a small development of bespoke apartments between Clapham and Wandsworth Common, London. They tasked us with creating a logo design for Alderbrook Road, and a sales brochure for the development.
The solution:
The target audience was young first time buyers interested in a more adventurous and polished offering than standard developer offerings.
To this end we used strong but muted colours to portray a sense of luxury. We blended a hand drawn 8 with a serif font to further reinforce that sense of luxury while also representing the one-off nature of the build.
Elements of the logo design for Alderbrook Road were then used throughout the brochure. We worked closely with a CGI specialist and a copywriter to create a ‘look book’ feel and allow the property images to take centre stage.
