The background:

Silvercrow are a south London based, family run property development business with over 100 properties in their portfolio. Their latest project is a small development of bespoke apartments between Clapham and Wandsworth Common, London. They tasked us with creating a property development brochure design.

The solution:

We blended hand drawn elements, fonts, and colours to create a logo attractive to the desired target audience. Elements from the logo were then used throughout the brochure. We worked closely with a CGI specialist and a copywriter to create a ‘look book’ feel and allow the property images to take centre stage.
