The background:
Silvercrow are a south London based, family run property development business with over 100 properties in their portfolio. Their latest project is a small development of bespoke apartments in the heart of Crystal Palace, London. They tasked us with creating an identity and a sales property brochure design for the Sylvan Hill development.
The solution:
We created a logo by blending the meaning behind the name of the development with the rich history of just how the area became known as Crystal Palace. Elements from the logo were then used throughout the brochure. We worked closely with a CGI specialist and a copywriter to create a ‘look book’ feel and allow the property images to take centre stage.
Site hoardings were also designed, carrying the identity and CGI images of the finished apartments.
