The background:
Diamond Move are a sales and lettings Estate Agent in Hounslow, West London. They needed a product to represent and promote their existing brand and visual identity. The product also needed to hold lots of information that is liable to change over time. So they approached us for an Estate agency folder design.
The solution:
We created a simple 4 page A4 brochure with a pocket on the inside back cover. We worked within their existing visual identity to create a style that tied in with their existing materials. The pocket on the inside back cover of this Estate agency folder design allows for several loose sheets to be inserted. This means no time sensitive information needs to be on the folder, giving the product a much longer shelf life and making the whole project cheaper for the client.
